Role-based access ensures only authorized individuals can view or modify sensitive data. Therapists control their own profiles, and admin access is strictly limited.
Data Minimization
We only collect information necessary to operate the directory. We never request sensitive health information, financial data, or unnecessary personal details.

You can update or correct your information at any time through your dashboard.

Right to Deletion

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data.

Right to Withdraw Consent

You can withdraw consent for data processing at any time (subject to legal obligations).

Right to Complain

You have the right to file a complaint with the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Data Retention Policy

Active therapist profiles are retained as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days, except where we have a legal obligation to retain certain information for compliance purposes.
