3. Authorization & Acknowledgment

• The site displays therapist profiles based on user preferences and platform algorithms.
• Ordering of profiles does not equal endorsement.
• Users choose their own therapist; the site is not responsible for services or outcomes.

4. Pricing, Payments & Subscriptions

• Therapists set their own session rates, which may change.
• Monthly subscriptions are billed through Stripe and renew automatically.
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the billing cycle; no partial refunds.
• Payment information must be accurate and up to date.
• Insurance information shown by therapists is self-reported.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content and materials on the site are owned or licensed by the platform.
• You receive a limited license for personal, non-commercial use.
• By submitting content, you grant a non-exclusive, royalty-free license for platform operation and promotion.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or publicly display content without permission.

6. Third-Party Links

The site may link to external websites or services, which we do not control or endorse.

7. Termination

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violating these Terms. No refunds for active subscription periods.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Ontario law:

• The site is not responsible for damages related to use of the platform or interactions with therapists.
• Any liability will not exceed the amount paid for Services in the previous 12 months.

9. Disclaimers

The site and services are provided "as is" and "as available." No guarantees are made regarding accuracy, reliability, availability, or performance.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the platform, its team, and affiliates from claims arising from your use of the site, your content, or your interactions with therapists.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and applicable federal laws of Canada. All disputes will be resolved in Toronto, Ontario.

12. Updates & Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy, form the complete agreement. Updates may be posted at any time; continued use means acceptance.

13. Electronic Communications

You agree that electronic communications (emails, website notices, clicking "I Agree," etc.) are legally binding.

14. Miscellaneous

• Severability: Invalid provisions do not affect the remainder.
• Waiver: Not enforcing a right does not waive future enforcement.
