Lindy has a private practice where she specializes in helping couples heal and repair relational injuries related to betrayal trauma and sexual compulsivity/addiction. She is certified in the Multidimensional Partner Trauma Model through APSATS (Association of Partners of Sex Addicts Trauma Specialists) and trained in the Attachment Injury Resolution Model (AIRM), using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). Couples facing the challenges of betrayal trauma and sexual addiction require compassionate, specialized support to navigate these complex and painful experiences. I am continually moved by the courage it takes to face these wounds together, and I feel privileged to walk alongside couples with gentle compassion and proven, structured tools that help rebuild safety, restore trust, and promote long-term relational recovery.
