Praney AnandRP(he/him)
Registered Psychotherapist (RP)
Clients often come to me feeling stuck in patterns that cause stress in their relationships. Some feel pressure from cultural, family, or societal expectations, while others are managing anxiety, depression, or disconnection. Many want to feel more authentic, communicate better, and find balance in their identities. I create space for you to unpack these challenges, discover your strengths, and move toward clarity, healing, and growth. My training in psychotherapy and human sexuality allows me to offer sex therapy, couples counselling, and support for life transitions. I bring research and teaching experience from UCSF and Stanford to my practice, translating evidence-based knowledge into practical strategies that help clients thrive in daily life. As a South Asian, queer, cisgender man and immigrant in Toronto, I know the weight of navigating multiple identities. I work with individuals and couples, both heterosexual and 2SLGBTQ+, who want to feel safe, accepted, and understood.
