Registered Social Worker (RSW)
'I have come to believe that caring for myself is not self-indulgent. Caring for myself is an act of survival.' - Audre Lorde.
I am a dedicated and compassionate Registered Social Worker (B.S.W., M.S.W.) with experience providing trauma-focused, strength-based counselling and therapeutic services to individuals and couples. I utilize an anti-oppressive, anti-racist, and holistic approach to therapy, and I am committed to offering inclusive, supportive, and culturally responsive care. I help individuals and couples navigate challenging personal and interpersonal issues through compassionate, trauma-informed counselling. I offer practical tools to support healing, improve communication, and strengthen emotional well-being, empowering clients to move toward their goals. Together, we can work toward attaining your best self—both individually and within your relationships. I have several years of experience working with children, youth, adults, and couples experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, intimate partner and family violence, as well as trauma and loss. I also specialize in addressing post-separation conflict, parenting time and access issues, and high-conflict family dynamics, including matters before family and criminal courts.
