“Being deeply known by someone gives us strength; loving someone deeply gives us courage.” — Brené Brown
I support couples who are struggling with communication, recurring conflict, emotional distance, or trust concerns. Using an attachment-based, relational, and trauma-informed approach, I help partners understand how past experiences and unmet emotional needs shape present relationship patterns. Together, we identify unhelpful cycles, strengthen emotional safety, and develop healthier ways of relating. I also integrate principles from the Gottman Method, offering practical, research-based tools to improve communication, manage conflict more effectively, and rebuild connection. This includes working on emotional attunement, repair strategies, and strengthening friendship and fondness within the relationship. I strive to create a balanced, non-judgmental space where both partners feel heard and respected. My goal is to help couples move toward greater understanding, security, and emotional closeness, while building skills that support a more resilient and fulfilling relationship.
