Registered Psychotherapist (RP)
Your story matters. Your pain matters. And so does your possibility.
Relationships can be deeply meaningful and deeply challenging. If you and your partner feel stuck in the same arguments, emotionally distant, or unsure how to move forward, you’re not alone. Many couples come to therapy feeling exhausted, misunderstood, or worried about losing connection. I work with couples who want to improve communication, understand each other more deeply, and rebuild emotional closeness. Whether you’re navigating conflict, trust concerns, life transitions, cultural or family pressures, or feeling more like roommates than partners, therapy can offer space to slow down and reconnect. My approach is warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental. I don’t take sides but instead I help both partners feel heard. Together, we explore the patterns shaping your relationship and build practical tools that support healthier communication, emotional safety, and connection. I draw from evidence-based approaches including CBT, ACT, mindfulness, and attachment-informed work.
