Josset Johnson-WilsonMSW, BSc, RSW
Registered Social Worker (RSW)
I’ve long been drawn to the complexity and resilience of the human condition—how our emotional worlds shape attachment, conflict, and connection within intimate relationships. This curiosity led me into couples therapy, where I support partners who feel stuck in cycles of reactivity, disconnection, or repeated rupture, often shaped by past or current trauma, neurodivergence, or identity-based stressors. My therapeutic philosophy is relational, trauma-informed, and attachment-based. I integrate evidence-based approaches to help couples build emotional safety, improve communication and repair trust. What I find most rewarding is witnessing couples move from survival and defensiveness toward deeper understanding, emotional attunement, and renewed partnership. My work is grounded in cultural humility, inclusivity, and respect for the complexity each person brings into the relationship. I work with high-conflict couples who feel emotionally stuck and unsure how to reconnect again.
