The quality of our relationships determines the quality of our lives. - Esther Perel
The quality of our relationships shapes how we experience our lives, especially with those we care about most. Relationships are central to both my therapeutic work and my philosophy, as they deeply influence how we find meaning, stability, and connection. When relationships feel strained or stuck, it can affect how we show up in the world and with one another—often leaving people feeling disconnected, misunderstood, or uncertain about how to move forward. I often think of relationships as a puzzle made up of many pieces: our histories, attachment patterns, communication styles, unmet needs, and the ways we protect ourselves when things feel difficult. When a relationship is under strain, these pieces can feel scattered or unclear, making it hard to see the bigger picture. Therapy offers a space to slow down, gently examine those pieces together, and begin to understand how they fit. I offer couples a supportive, shame-free space for honest and thoughtful conversations—where nothing needs to be rushed or “fixed,” and where each partner’s experience is respected and understood. In our work together, we take time to notice recurring patterns, explore what’s happening beneath the surface, and create room for greater awareness and compassion. My aim is to work with you toward developing greater insight, intimacy, and connection, in a way that feels supportive, thoughtful, and attuned to both partners.
