I became a couples therapist because I believe that strong, healthy relationships are the foundation of well-being for individuals, families, and communities. With over 15 years of clinical experience, I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Independent Practice) and an ICEEFT-Certified Emotionally Focused Couple Therapist. My unique approach integrates evidence-based modalities like EFT, ACT, and IFS with a compassionate, multicultural lens, informed by my own journey across cultures and professions. I specialize in helping couples break negative cycles, heal emotional injuries, and build secure, lasting bonds. Fluent in English and Mandarin, I provide a safe space where you can be understood and guided toward deeper connection and resilience.
